Wednesday already?? Yes, Yes, it is!

For today’s Wellness Wednesday tip, I wanted to focus on the benefits of generosity.

Michael Hyatt presented an article with “5 Research-backed benefits,” including improved health(lowered blood pressure, lowered risk of dementia, lowered anxiety and depression, improved chronic pain management, and more), feeling happier/having an emotional boost, lowering stress, improving relationships, and extending our lives. What?? Just by making generosity more of a habit!

It makes perfect sense though – focusing outwardly goes back to the post here about how to be happy (the happiest man alive).

Today though, I want to share with you this Generosity Challenge. If you’re thinking, “Oh, I want to be more generous, but I  just can’t afford to be,” this message is for you. Check it out!
