Too many things to do?

Having too many things on your to do list can be very overwhelming, am I right?

Is that where you are today? Are you having trouble figuring out where to start?

When our minds are jumbled with all of the distractions and things we need to do, it’s difficult to process where to even start.

Today’s Wednesday Wellness challenge is to create a To Do list. The act of creating a list helps your brain to make sense of what you need to do and gives you a more tangible way to organize and prioritize so you can create a game plan.

We often resist making to do lists because it feels time consuming, but it’s always good to have a plan (yet be flexible when unexpected tasks pop up that require attention).

Don’t forget to Eat the Frog First!
