It can be like a mini vacation!

There are days when just a short walk to the mailbox feels like a mini vacation. Have you been there?? We all need to take breaks sometimes, just to keep going. I came across these tips from SocialWorkCommunity.com and wanted to share.

  1. Take a 3 to 5-minute mindfulness meditation break (I recommend meditating on favorite scripture passages!)
  2. Take a walking break — 5 or 20 minutes
  3. Take a socializing break
  4. Take an appreciation break
  5. Take a stretching break
