I created a new “workout routine” (ha!)

Wednesday Wellness!

My boys have all been climbers. Seriously. All of them. But this littlest one (18 months)… I think he may put the other two to shame!

I probably pulled him off the entertainment center a good 10 times within about a 10 minute period alone. He also likes to play “get that momma” where he runs at me when I’m sitting in the floor… he wants to knock me over, so I’ll fall back pick him up in the air. I can feel it in my arms and my abs. 🙂

A good friend was over recently and we had a conversation about this new workout routine and how it works a lot of different muscle groups. ha! BUT that did prompt me to find some good (real) exercises for those of you who have children at home… OR even for those of you who don’t and just want exercises that WOULD be easy enough to do with kids…hypothetically…

This article I came across at a blog called Haley’s Vintage seems to have a list worth checking out, so here’s the link: http://haleysvintage.com/exercises-you-can-do-with-your-kids/

Now, back to chasing this little guy and strengthening my arms some more. I could totally win some arm wrestling matches right now. Okay… maybe. Maybe, I could.
