Health Benefits of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

This past Christmas, I started learning about the health benefits of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt. I was impressed with what I was reading, and wanted to share some info with you.

As always, do your own research, but it’s worth considering the possible benefits!

According to this article at Dr. Oz’s website, Pink Himalayan Sea Salt:

  1. Improves Respiration
  2. Stimulates Circulation
  3. Purifies the Air (this is one of the reasons I bought salt lamps for Christmas gifts last year! On a side note, they are pretty and relaxing!)
  4. Contains vitamins and nutrients that make it a better option than regular table salt or sea salt (which is why I also bought salt for cooking, along with mortar and pestle. I also liked this pink Himalayan sea salt cooking plate)
