Good to the bone…broth…🥣

I recently made some bone broth in my crockpot when I learned more about the health benefits of drinking it. It’s pretty easy to make (though I also bought it at Aldi after that).
Bone broth is said to
  • Protect joints/improve joint pain
  • Be good for the gut
  • Maintain healthy skin
  • Support immune system function
  • Boost detoxification
  • Aid the metabolism and promote anabolism
