Can relaxation help with headaches?

This week, we talked a bit in the Every Day Incredible Ladies Facebook group about headaches and all of the things ladies there have tried to get rid of them. I wanted to share some thoughts with those who may have missed that conversation.

Do you routinely do relaxation exercises?

The reason I ask – when we engage in relaxation exercises regularly, we start noticing more where we hold tension and it helps in learning to do a “manual override” of some of those physical symptoms and relax those muscles.
