I wish I had told my younger self how damaging and addictive too much sugar could be. Have you ever done any research at all on the topic? We often find arguments on both sides (pro and con) of different foods, but I’m not sure I’ve seen anything positive about freely consuming sugar.
To go a step further, what foods, in general, are truly healthy, and which ones or not?
We have all received conflicting advice over time. There are perks and drawbacks to many different diets, super foods, and other eating habits. It can often be hard to tell what advice to follow!
