Gobble, Gobble, Gulp!!

As we’re giving thanks and gathering around the family table for Thanksgiving Dinners, what do you do to help prevent yourself from overeating?

Did you know that we often mistake thirst for hunger? You can find many articles, like this one from Women’s Health Magazine that back up this idea and recommend drinking a glass of water when you’re feeling a bit hungry, then waiting about 30 minutes to see if you were actually hungry or if it was thirst instead.
