I’ve been robbed…

I was robbed. Many things were stolen from my family and me and I  have to say, it makes me angry! To think that someone was that deceptive, selfish, and hate-filled… it’s insulting and infuriating. When I woke up and realized what all the thief had stolen, I was fighting-mad.  That thief had stolen peace, joy, and blessings God had promised, and left behind a mess of conflict.

I’m taking back my “stuff.”

When I woke up, I realized that I have the authority as a child of the King to do that. I don’t have to take that kind of abuse. My Savior came to bring me a full life, and I want every drop of it.

John 10:10: The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

Do you ever feel like there are forces working against you? There are.

Spiritual warfare is going on all around us. Satan does work to steal, kill, and destroy. BUT the verse does not end there. “I have come that they may have LIFE, and have it to the full.”

We won’t fully experience that life until Heaven, but we can have a lot more of it here on earth by resisting satan and clinging to God and His truth… by trusting God with the hurts and disappointments and believing that He still has a loving plan to give us life to the full.

This world is truly not our home. As long as we’re here, though, we have a Bible full of instructions and incredible to help us make life here as full as possible.
