He knew you

Jeremiah 1:5
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”

 

I love this verse. In fact, It has been written on the wall of the boys’ room since I was expecting my oldest and his twin sister. I knew God designed them with a purpose too.

Just as God spoke to the Prophet Jeremiah, He knew YOU before He formed you, too. He’s not confined by time. He knew what would happen – and chose to form you as you are.

Today, I encourage you to ask Him for wisdom and guidance about the path He has in mind for you. I also encourage you to trust that He formed you intentionally. And He loves you. Be sure to consider that as you consider who you really are. You are not defined by your experience, you are defined by your Creator.
