“For You are my praise”

As we discussed in this week’s facebook live in the Every Day Incredible Ladies’ Facebook group, praise is such a vital tool and immense blessing and privilege.

We serve a Heavenly Father who is truly worthy of all praise.

Jeremiah 17:14 says, “Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; Save me, and I shall be saved, for You are my praise.”

This verse speaks so deeply to me! It reminds me of the song More Than Anything, by Natalie Grant.

“Help me want the healer more than the healing
Help me want the savior more than the saving
Help me want the giver more than the giving
Oh help me want you Jesus more than anything’

It’s about PRAISE. More than what we are wanting to get out of the divine relationship … it’s about praise, and fully trusting that God’s plans are good, even when they hurt.

Heavenly Father, You are my praise!
