I cooked some today!

Are you a fan of cauliflower? I’ve never DISliked it, but until recently, I didn’t love it like I do now. Apparently, there are lots of reasons to love it too! Seriously, who knew it was so awesome for us? These are some of the top benefits According to Dr. Axe:
