This episode is part two of Keri’s interview with Trish Porter Topmiller. Trish is a 1988 U.S. Olympian in the high jump, former world record holder for women ages 40-44 in the high jump, and multiple times U.S. National and World Masters Champion. Among other accomplishments, she is the author of two books, titled King Here, and Rekindle Your Dreams.

Trish shares openly about the 2012 loss of her husband of 20 years (Pat Porter, who was a two-time U.S. Olympic team member) and 15-year old son Connor (a U.S. National Fencing medalist) in a plane accident as well as the more recent loss of her father to an addiction-induced suicide. I am amazed by Trish’s athletic accomplishments as well as the evident faith that she shares with us.
